Flavours Group strengthens its presence in the premium educational segment
Flavours Group, a leader in premium catering and restaurants dedicated to office buildings and educational institutions, continues its national development plan with the opening of a new location at the “Genesis College” campus in Bucharest. The project, called “Genesis Cafeteria,” involved an investment of €150,000 and is part of the company’s long-term strategy to expand the Stradale Carnivale brand, dedicated to the educational environment.
With this opening, the group reaches 28 Stradale restaurants nationwide, reinforcing its footprint in campuses across Bucharest and Cluj.

The new location represents an important stage in the partnership that began in 2024 between Flavours Group and Genesis College, when the company started providing catering services for the institution. “Genesis Cafeteria” is located within the school’s new Străulești campus and follows an integrated operational model, managed by a dedicated Flavours team and supported by the group’s internal infrastructure.

A modern concept designed for the school community
“Genesis Cafeteria” offers a modern, welcoming space built around the Stradale Carnivale values — passion for gastronomy, balanced nutrition, and care for educational communities. The venue includes a Stradale Carnivale dining area and a relaxation zone under the Mitzu concept, Flavours Group’s coffee shop brand.
“The new headquarters, Genesis College Tower, is a landmark space among international campuses, thanks to its premium facilities and design aligned with IB standards. In the new Stradale Carnivale location, our students enjoy a modern and healthy culinary experience in a friendly dining hall created especially for their needs.

Ongoing expansion of Stradale Carnivale
The opening of “Genesis Cafeteria” coincides with the 10th anniversary of the first Stradale restaurant and the continuous development of the Stradale Carnivale platform, dedicated to premium catering for private schools.
Since its launch, Stradale Carnivale has become a benchmark for quality and culinary variety in the educational environment. Through the expansion of its on-campus locations, Flavours Group has created an integrated model that ensures full control over the culinary experience, product quality, and food safety.
“Genesis Cafeteria” is the eighth Stradale Carnivale location, and the €150,000 investment is part of a larger plan exceeding €1 million in 2025. The plan includes six new projects in Bucharest and Cluj: two Stradale Inside restaurants for corporate buildings, two premium canteens for educational institutions, a new Flavours Events venue for corporate and private events, and a Stradale location within a residential complex.
