Hotspot, a premium office space operator in Bucharest, continues its expansion on the local market and announces the launch of Hotspot Exclusive, the third location in the company’s portfolio, which will open in One Tower, the Class A office building within One Floreasca City, the mixed-use development by One United Properties.
Developed across more than 1,400 square metres, the project marks a new stage in Hotspot’s growth strategy and the expansion of its portfolio into the premium corporate segment. The leasing process for the space that will accommodate Hotspot Exclusive within One Tower was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox. Eduard Turcoman, Office Agency Director, coordinated the advisory process, assisting Hotspot in identifying and securing the space for its third location in Bucharest.

The two locations have an occupancy rate of more than 95%, while tenant retention stands at approximately 99%.
