With more than 5,000 apartments delivered and 55 completed residential complexes in Oradea and Bucharest, PRIMA Development Group marks in 2025 two decades of activity on a maturing property market. With cumulative investments totalling almost 400 million euros and an integrated business model, PRIMA Development is today one of the most active residential developers in Romania, according to the number of units delivered annually.
Founded in 2005 in Oradea, the company has expanded its operations in Bucharest since 2017, delivering projects such as Boemia Apartments and Core Timpuri Noi, both of which were honoured at the European Property Awards.
