SAMEDAY, the Romanian courier company, continues its development strategy by signing the acquisition agreement for Cargus. The acquisition is pending approval from the relevant merger control and foreign investment authorities and will be completed once the necessary approvals are obtained. Founded in 1991, Cargus is the first private courier company in Romania. Through this transaction, SAMEDAY aims to enhance its operational capacity and logistics infrastructure, and to optimize the quality of its services in order to better meet customer needs.

Once the transaction is approved and finalized, customers of both companies will continue to benefit from improved services.
