The Leaders Foundation, in partnership with Sievo, launches the first edition of the Leaders Explore for Students program in 2025, taking place between February 27 and April 10 in Bucharest, at the headquarters of the partner company.
With over 30 editions organized so far, Leaders Explore for Students offers a profound experience of self-discovery and personal leadership. The program provides participants with the opportunity to uncover and develop their potential, experience teamwork and leadership skills, and build a career aligned with their personality and abilities.
The program is aimed at young people aged 20 to 26, including students, master’s students, or recent graduates from universities in Bucharest specializing in technical or economic fields such as Automation and Computer Science, Industrial Engineering and Robotics, Cybernetics, Statistics and Economic Informatics, International Economic Relations, Mathematics and Computer Science, Administration and Business, and more.
Leaders Explore is an invitation for those who dare to dream, explore new horizons, and carve their own path in life while actively participating in their communities.
Skills and Competencies Acquired in the Program
The Leaders Explore for Students powered by Sievo program spans seven days and includes seven workshops featuring both individual and team challenges. Students embark on their educational journey under the guidance of the Leaders training team, discussing topics such as mindset, personal values, and their role in individual development.
Participants will develop skills in self-awareness, critical thinking, self-leadership, energy management, communication, teamwork, and initiative. Additionally, they will learn how to optimize their physical and mental energy to achieve their goals.
A key highlight of the program is “The Living Library” Inspiration Day, where students will meet specialists from the Sievo team, who will inspire and motivate them through personal and professional examples.
Program Benefits
Participants will gain valuable skills, hands-on experience for their CVs through multidisciplinary activities, and access to over 15 experienced leaders who will help them identify their strengths for career development and personal branding.
The Leadership Certificate awarded at the end of the program is recognized by over 40 companies in Romania, and graduates will become part of the Leaders Generation, built by the Leaders Foundation over the past 25 years.
Leaders Explore takes place in Bucharest from February 27 to April 10, 2025, and participation for 25 young people is free, thanks to scholarships offered by Sievo, which fully covers the costs of organizing and implementing the program.
