After the acquisition, Modul Shopping Center was dissolved, with its assets transferred to Altex Romania.
The shopping center currently hosts Altex and Brico Depot stores, both now owned by Dan Ostahie. The property offers a gross leasable area of 6,550 square meters, with the DIY store occupying approximately 5,300 square meters.
The move follows Ostahie’s acquisition of Brico Dépôt Romania at the end of 2024, further strengthening his footprint in both electronics and home improvement retail.
