Banca Comercială Română (BCR), one of the most important financial groups in Romania, has granted a €29.5 million credit facility to UNIRII VIEW S.R.L., with legal assistance from Wolf Theiss. This loan will be used by the developer to refinance an existing loan for the Unirii View building, located in the center of Bucharest.
The transaction was coordinated by the Banking & Finance team at Wolf Theiss Romania, led by Claudia Chiper (partner). The team included Alexandru Asaftei, Iuliana Stoicescu, and Smaranda Văcaru (senior associates), alongside Cătălin Sabău and Ana Florea (associates). Regarding real estate law aspects, Roxana Roman (partner) and Dana Toma (counsel) from the Real Estate team provided legal advice to the lender.
