A Boutique Concept by 1Development
1Development has announced the start of construction for Nordului 50, a boutique residential project located near Herăstrău Park. Built on a 3,200 sqm plot, the development is scheduled for completion in spring 2027.
The complex will feature 29 apartments and two ultra-premium penthouses, each designed with a modern aesthetic and top-quality finishes. Apartment sizes start at 200 sqm, while the two penthouses stand out through their generous layouts: one spans 600 sqm with a 180 sqm terrace, and the other measures 400 sqm with a 90 sqm terrace. Both are set on a single level, emphasizing openness and refined comfort.

Exclusive Architecture and Personalized Comfort
The ground-floor apartments will include private gardens, designed by landscape architects, to extend the feeling of intimacy and provide a natural connection to the nearby park. The building will have two underground levels for parking and six above-ground floors, each designed to ensure maximum privacy, with at most one neighboring residence per floor.
Technical features include underfloor heating, state-of-the-art climate control, a fresh air ventilation system, and an integrated smart-home system.
