Record-breaking tours and ownership of her music catalog fuel her fortune

Beyoncé has officially reached billionaire status after an exceptionally profitable year, joining the exclusive group of musicians whose fortunes surpass the benchmark, Forbes announced. At 44, the Texas-born artist now stands alongside her husband Jay-Z, as well as Taylor Swift, Bruce Springsteen and Rihanna, according to AFP and EFE, cited by Agerpres.

Forbes notes that the “Cowboy Carter Tour” earned more than $400 million, making it the most lucrative solo tour of 2025 by a female artist. Her previous tour, “Renaissance”, grossed $600 million, further boosting her financial success.

Combined with revenue from her music catalog and additional business ventures, Forbes estimates that “Queen Bey” is now “the third highest-paid musician in the world”, although the magazine did not disclose an exact net worth. While Beyoncé has explored sectors such as beauty, beverages and fashion, most of her wealth still comes from music, thanks to full ownership of her catalog and massive touring income.

Winner of 35 Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year in 2025, Beyoncé will co-chair the Met Gala this May in New York, underscoring her cultural influence on the global stage.
