On November 20, 2025, the CREFOP Foundation will host the Final Conference of the Erasmus+ project “Inclusive Apprenticeships for Sustainable Jobs”. The international event takes place online via Microsoft Teams, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (CET), and highlights the importance of inclusive vocational education across Europe.
The conference brings together experts, mentors, trainers, and representatives from VET organisations in Austria, Bulgaria, Greece, and Romania. Participants will present project results and discuss best practices aimed at improving accessibility, inclusion, and the quality of apprenticeships. The agenda features three thematic panels: Guiding Futures: Mentorship and Inclusion in Apprenticeships, Apprenticeships without Barriers: Inclusion meets dual education, and Opening Doors: Inclusive Pathways for Apprentices.

Key topics include inclusive apprenticeship models, tailored learner support, digitalisation and sustainability in VET programs, and European cooperation for modern vocational training systems. The project, co-funded by the European Union through Erasmus+ (code 2023-1-RO01-KA220-VET-000158142), focuses on developing practical tools for more accessible and equitable vocational training. Its outputs include a mentor training program, a digital e-learning platform, and open resources for organisations involved in education and employment. Project partners include BEST Institut GmbH (Austria), INTEMPORE (Bulgaria), OECON Group (Greece), and ROVE – Romanian VET Organisation.
