Romanian industrial access solutions provider EMI Group is officially entering the Dutch market by acquiring Damm Deurentechniek. The group also announced the appointment of a new CEO as part of this expansion.
According to the company, Damm Deurentechniek joins EMI Group with a strong reputation on the Dutch market, built on its technical expertise in industrial access systems. The company’s portfolio includes specialized industrial door solutions, full maintenance services, on-demand interventions, and tailored engineering projects for complex industrial environments.
Operations are led by Wim Poppe and Edwin van Overbeeke, responsible for day-to-day management, together with the strategic expertise of industry veteran Frank Sijm.
Backed by majority shareholders INNOVA Capital and Morphosis Capital, EMI Group recently integrated Access Systems and Decran in Belgium, as well as Kadra in Romania.
Leadership updates
EMI Group also announced the appointment of Julien Anglade as Group Managing Director, effective December 1. With nearly 25 years of international management experience, Anglade will oversee operations across the entire group.

Company representatives added that following this transaction and another acquisition set to be announced at the end of December, the group now operates at around €80 million and remains focused on reaching its target of €120 million in revenue.
