“I am honored to take on the role of CEO at Clarfon at a time of strong momentum for the company. National expansion and growth targets
Clarfon currently operates Romania’s largest hearing aid retail network, with 118 stores across 41 counties and more than 65 cities, including 16 locations in Bucharest. At the end of last year, the company completed the acquisition of Audiolux, strengthening both its national footprint and operational capabilities.
In 2025, Clarfon recorded 14% growth, while its objectives for 2026 target a 25% increase, supported by organic expansion and selective acquisitions.
The transition to the CEO role followed a structured and transparent process based on close collaboration within the organization. Lavinia Ivas thanked former CEO Ionuț Ștefănescu for the company’s performance and the strong team built over time, as well as majority shareholder Value4Capital for its support during the transition.
“Beyond growth, Clarfon plays a direct role in improving people’s quality of life by promoting hearing health and overall well-being. I look forward to building the next stage of Clarfon’s development together with the team, with discipline, clarity, and a strong focus on long-term value creation,” the CEO added.
Lavinia Ivas brings extensive experience in managing high-growth companies, strategic transformations, and omnichannel expansion, with a background in the luxury beauty and pharmaceutical sectors. She holds an EMBA from WU Vienna in Austria.
