Camelia Ene ends her mandate after 10 months
Camelia Ene has decided to step down from her position as Chief Executive Officer of ROCA Industry, just 10 months after her appointment. Her mandate will officially end on October 31, 2025, according to the decision of the Board of Directors on October 2, 2025.
“During the valuable months spent with ROCA Industry, the last 10 of which as CEO, I had the opportunity to contribute together with the ROCA Industry team and with the teams of the five companies in the Holding’s portfolio to challenging projects that have impacted the sectors in which the company operates, with the goal of consolidating and developing the holding over the long term. I would like to thank the team for their support and wish them success in continuing the project of creating regional champions,” said Camelia Ene.

Ioan-Adrian Bindea takes over as interim CEO
The Board of Directors has appointed Ioan-Adrian Bindea as interim Chief Executive Officer for a six-month period, until April 30, 2026. Bindea previously served as CEO between June 2022 and January 2025, and as Chairman of the Board from the holding’s establishment until September 2025.
“We thank Camelia Ene for her involvement and contribution during her tenure as CEO of ROC1 and wish her success in her future endeavors. I am confident that, in the current context, Ionuț Bindea is the best choice to take over the interim mandate with the clear objective of ensuring the continuity of the strategic direction assumed by the Holding — a direction focused on retechnologization and process digitalization. We aim to continue on this path to strengthen and accelerate the company’s development, leading to sustainable and long-term growth that creates real value for shareholders and consolidates the Holding’s market position,” said Rudolf-Paul Vizental, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
ROCA Industry directly owns a portfolio of five companies in the construction sector: BICO Industries, EVOLOR, DIAL, ELECTROPLAST, and VELTADOORS — each holding a strategic position in the national market, from fiberglass mesh and electric cable production to paint manufacturing and residential door fabrication.
