Lenovo and Nvidia unveil a cloud AI gigafactory at CES 2026

Lenovo and Nvidia announced at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2026 in Las Vegas, the launch of a cloud-based artificial intelligence gigafactory developed jointly by the two companies. The project was unveiled alongside several new AI products and platforms, according to Reuters.

The cloud AI gigafactory is designed to help AI cloud providers bring enterprise workloads online faster and move customers more quickly from the development phase to full-scale production. Lenovo said the solution aims to shorten deployment times and support large-scale adoption of AI across enterprise environments.

In addition to the collaboration with Nvidia, Lenovo introduced Qira, a multi-device personal AI system designed to operate seamlessly across Lenovo and Motorola PCs, smartphones, tablets and wearable devices.

The company also showcased Agentic AI and its new xIQ delivery platforms, which are intended to help businesses build, deploy and manage production-ready AI agents within their operations. According to Lenovo, these tools simplify governance processes and accelerate the rollout of Hybrid AI across the entire lifecycle, including at scale.

With these announcements, Lenovo strengthens its position in the AI infrastructure segment, expanding its portfolio of integrated hardware, software and cloud-based solutions at a time when global demand for artificial intelligence continues to rise.
