Balancing innovation and humanity – a key theme at the AI@WORK: HR conference

“We’re living in a time when technology and artificial intelligence challenge us to rethink our roles, not just our processes. In HR, that means shifting perspective: it’s no longer only about recruitment, retention, or engagement, but about creating human experiences in an environment where AI plays a major role,” said Levente-László Albert in an interview with Revista CARIERE.

He believes that the real value emerges when AI becomes a partner in reflection, not just a tool for speed. “AI helps us identify patterns, better understand people’s needs, and make data-driven decisions — without losing empathy and discernment. In the end, HR is about meaning and culture. Technology can show the way, but people give it direction,” he added.

These themes will be central to the AI@WORK: HR conference, organized by Net-Connect in Bucharest, November 13–14, 2025. The event will address topics such as redefining performance and leadership in the digital age, using AI in recruitment, future HR skills, and ethical and transparency challenges in implementing AI.
