Real estate developer One United Properties is contributing to the restoration of the “Dimitrie Bolintineanu” High School in Bucharest, which was damaged by the explosion that occurred on October 17, 2025, in the Rahova district. The company will fully cover the repair costs, estimated at around €75,000, and will provide both construction teams and materials so that students can return to school immediately after the autumn break.

Currently, students are attending classes online, while repair works are being carried out urgently to ensure that in-person education can resume as soon as possible.
The company stated that One United Properties intervened on the day of the incident by providing a crane to assist the authorities with emergency operations on-site.
Through this initiative, the developer reaffirms its commitment to the Bucharest community and its ongoing dedication to supporting safety and local resilience.
