Procter & Gamble Romania (P&G) is relocating its headquarters to a 7,000-square-meter office space within Building E of YUNITY Park, one of Bucharest’s newest and most sustainable business campuses. The long-term lease agreement was signed with Genesis Property, the owner and developer of YUNITY Park, marking one of the largest corporate relocations on the local office market this year.
P&G, a global leader in consumer goods and owner of brands such as Ariel, Pampers, Gillette, Fairy and Head & Shoulders, has been present in Romania for more than 30 years.

YUNITY Park is part of Genesis Property’s portfolio, which also includes West Gate Business District, totaling over 150,000 sqm of leasable office space in Bucharest. The company hosts major international tenants, including HP Inc., Accenture, Ericsson, Garanti BBVA, Infineon, Luxoft, Siemens, and Alpha Bank, employing more than 15,000 professionals across its business parks. Genesis Property is also the developer of the private student campus West Gate Studios.
