AI fluency and creativity to lead tomorrow’s workforce
By 2030, the most in-demand skills will include AI and big data literacy (86%), resilience (77%), and creative thinking and digital literacy (74%), according to the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs 2025 report. Cybersecurity and networking (71%) are also ranked among the key future competencies.

The study predicts that AI and automation will lead to the loss of 92 million jobs but also to the creation of 170 million new roles, a net gain of 78 million. Furthermore, 22% of existing jobs will undergo major transformation.

Artificial intelligence may not replace humans, but it will profoundly reshape the way we work. Some jobs will disappear, others will evolve, and new ones will emerge for those who know how to integrate technology. The future is not about losing jobs, but about growing skills and adaptability in a tech-driven world, where those who understand AI will stand out,” said Mădălina Uceanu, founder of HumAInity.

Consulting firms estimate that by 2030, 30% of current working hours will be automated. Companies that maximize their human potential could generate three times higher revenue per employee than the market average — proof that strategic workforce planning is becoming as crucial as financial management.
